  1. $4.99 vs $5.31

Some of your promotional materials say that the app costs $4.99, but in Google Play it asks for $5.31

  2. Elements scaffolding to be like algebra game

Hi, have just started using Elements after using DragonBox12+ and noticed it is missing some really great scaffolding that was present in the Algebra game:

    1) Ability to see the moves taken to solve the problem if you get stuck (the hand animation). Interestingly my 9yr daughter frequently chose not to use this when something was tough until she had exhausted all other options, wanting to do it herself. At the moment she is only part way through chapter 3 so she'll need it more in harder levels. It was an important fall back and I myself had to use…

  3. Fractions dragon box

Would you be able to draw up a fractions dragon box?
It would work much like the current Dragon box with the box lighting up and yuming the right answer as you add, subtract, multiply and reduce fractions!
Please! It would be a great addition to your games.
Thanks for giving some thought to it.

  4. Side B

Not an idea really, but we get locked in side B. After finishing a chapter there's no way of navigating out of the finished chapter. I have to close the app and wait, or shut my device down and reopen. Other than that my 9 year olds and I are big fans!

  5. Allow the teacher to see the exact level of each student. Right now it only shows their skills. I have no idea where they are.

  6. Make more!

I am homeschooling my highly gifted son and I need more apps like this to keep his interest and teach him something. The app is awesome and I enjoyed playing all three dragon box 5 12 and elements. I have a degree in engineering and this was fun for me. Keep up these high quality apps.

  7. Provide working

    Hello

It would be great if there was an option to see the correct working for each equation, both if completed in too many moves or if unable to solve it.

    Thanks. :)

  8. Dragon box is fantastic!

I started my 7 year old Gabriel on the 5+ dragon box and he loved it and finished it pretty fast. So we moved on to the second one. The second one is also AWSOME and now my son is solving for x in less moves than is requested. He would however really like to get some sort of recognition for his achievements. I had understood we would receive a certificate of achievement but did not see one come through in the email. It would be truly wonderful to celebrate. Gabriel has now reached chapter 7 in Dragon box 2. …

  10. Contact google or web-based version

We have a Chromebook environment and I do love the dragon box concept. But its not possible to get on a chromebook. Google is working on making all Android apps available on a Chromebook (so far 10 apps are available). I think you should contact Google so your app can become available or make a web based chrome extension or a web based version, so we can use it on a Chromebook. We have 3000 Chromebooks.

  12. Make it possible to simplify fractions/a chapter on common denominators.

I use this app in my classroom. We have already gone over adding, subtracting, multiplying, and dividing fractions, but are only now starting equations. It would be nice to combine fish over monster plus fish over monster to be two times fish over monster so that they can be more proficient with solving equations using fractions.

  13. Great concept, some thoughts:

I got stuck at 1-14 (and was quite bored until that point, thought a 12 year old would rarely go through so many stages until finally meeting the challenge).
After watching the solution I understood that you don't have to use everything you have. This was not clear to begin with.

  14. Make a chrome app

Make a version of the app that will run on a chromebook laptop. We have the iPad version, but my danger is on a chrome book laptop more often now.

  15. Make Dragonbox Elements 2

Can you maybe think of a Dragonbox Elements 2? Because I want to see if the characters that haven't turned into something turn into something. I like learning and would like to see if the new characters (shapes) have powers.

From Niall (age 5, who finished Dragonbox Elements today. He has also done Dragonbox and Dragonbox 2.)

  18. Fix pricing issue and make it easier to contact you

Google Play shows 0.99 price and I was going to buy three copies, but after clicking the "buy" button the price jumped to 2.99 per copy. I couldn't find any explanation for the price change and then couldn't find a "contact us" page anywhere on the DragonBox. The best I could find was this forum where I can pose my question as a suggestion (which seems again like dodging customer questions), and when clicking the "Contact Support" link was the only one that didn't work (did nothing) I finally lost all confidence and decided against purchasing.

    Whether it is 0.99…

  19. don't use publicity material with only white boys

I've been really enjoying playing Dragonbox Elements today, and my daughter (age 7) has now taken it over and is rapidly working through the levels. I wanted to recommend it to my friends, but when I looked at your website, the impression created on pages such as this:

    http://wewanttoknow.com/algebra-challenge/

is that this is an activity for white boys. While that photo might have been taken at one of your events, please be sensitive to the role that established images of who "does maths" or is into games, maths games, etc etc plays a role in discouraging girls and black kids…

  20. worksheets with pictures

My pupils would appreciate worksheets that are more gradual in making the transition between the game and the written equations. I know there are some worksheets on this site, but they jump immediately to just using symbols. I would love to see the equation in pictures, and then along side it, the equation in symbols, so that they can simultaneously work out what they would do with the pictures, and then translate that step by step into the worksheet. Alternatively, you could have worksheets of equations in symbols that specifically match particular problems on the game, so that they could…
