Give better options for avatars
Make it possible to make your own avatar. I don't like any of the offered ones. The avatars are all dark and disturbing if you want more parents to go for this make the images more kid friendly.

Add support from Chromebook
Our school is looking into replacing our expensive and hard to manage laptops with Chromebooks. App availability is somewhat spotty, though, and I see DragonBox as the main headline app, so it would be great to have it available. (Or better yet, an HTML5 version so we don't have to worry quite so much about platform.)

Change 'master' to 'mastered' on the final congratulations page for the Algebra 5+ app
Just a grammar fix for the last congrat's page.

Reconsider slide 113, to give a little more idea that a and a are opposites
Perhaps do a new power thing, showing that dragging a to a turns it into the spiral galaxy. Many kids would probably intuit it, and get there by trial and error, but showing it like I said would help kids with difficulty with abstraction, or those who hadn't been introduced to negative numbers.

More equations as in app purchase
When you finish all the worlds, enable an inapp purchase that has for instance 20 new worlds. Purpose: makes the kid practice more. I would be happy to pay 12 dollar per world.

Should be able to slide the negative one die on top of the variable to change it to opposite
Level 5 should be able to slide the negative one die on top of f to make it f (and combine) before moving to the opposite of the equation. Level 517?).

Create negative one die for 1 identity fractions
Level 5 perhaps in addition to double clicking to clear 1/1 or object/ opposite object fractions (which seemed random at points because we couldn't tell which one to click to make it turn over consistently), students could combine the number and its opposite to get a negative one die or 1.

Allow greater flexibility in achieving 3 stars in DragonBox 12
My son enjoys your app, and has learned a lot about algebra (thanks!).
However, as with most games, he tries to achieve 3 stars. He asked for help on one level, and everything he had done was correct, including the answer, but because he used only 16, not 18, moves, the dragon said 'Yuck!' And he didn't get 3 stars.
I agree students need to learn the process, more important than the "answer." However, I think you can acknowledge that there is more than one correct process for any given algebraic problem.
Please allow more alternative processes when awarding 3…

allow multiple pieces of each symbol to be put into play.
If a student enters a color piece when a b&w should have been entered, they get stuck.

It is great that you have plans for release on Windows Phone. We hope that it will be available soon. Thanks!

Create negative 'one' die on Level 2 for fractions that differ only by sign, not value.
Where the fractions are object/opposite object or night object/object could have it turn into a dark 'one' die so that students can understand it can be 1 instead of not able to simplify.

Level editor
I'd like to be able to make my own levels, to use for solving problems from other sources, for instance. It would be a great way to work through a problem before solving it on paper.

involve the reality
I dont know exactly how to do it, but i would like to take the reality in building a house, meassuring a distance or throwing a ball, and to create a connection between the important mechanics of solving an equation and the important skill of understanding to what problems you need to use what equations. My 7 years old kid. has finnished your first app and did found the second one and has completed level 8. (He likes math and strctures). I am now wondering how i can help him taking the next step and what that would be.

Should be able to add rational opposites
Level 319 You should be able to add 2/c + 2/c directly to get zero instead of having to multiply both by c and then add the opposite.

thoughts
Firstable, thank you for letting me try your software algebra12+ . So far i went through the fourth level and two things come in my mind.
I don't like the fact that numbers or unknowns can " jump " over the equal sign with a change of sign because it's just not what happens in math and it's a big source of errors for our pupils.
I prefer that you just let players do the same thing on the two sides of the equation at least on first levels even if i know it makes things difficults for fractions.…

More please! I am ready for DragonBox3. Totally addicted!
I teach 3rd grade. I only have one Ipad. My students work hard to meet goals that earn playing time with Dragon Box2. While this game is perfect for them, I am addicted, too. Although this game remains a challenge for my students, I am craving the next challenge.
One suggestion. I would love a tally that keeps count of the times I beat the game: my words for "solved in fewer moves." Maybe at a certain tally point my dragon could spit fire or fly.

Sandbox
My 5 year old just finished your app and loved it. It would be wonderful to have a sandbox once the levels are finished where you can create your own equations and then solve them. It would greatly increase the educational value of your fabulous app.
