Reporting problems with DragonBox EDU

In order for us to provide you with quick and helpful support we need the following information about your problem:

  • When the error occured.
  • A detailed description of the error with screenshots.
  • What operating system was used.
  • What browser was used.
  • The username of the user who experienced the problem.
  • If the problem seems related to the Unity WebPlayer plugin see the system requirements for Unity WebPlayer. If you feel your system meets the requirements we will need you to extract the Unity WebPlayer log files and send them to us.
